Internet Explorer users should click "save this program to disk" Netscape users will see a "Save As" file box.  Select which directory or folder you want to place the screen saver in.  Once downloaded into your computer, navigate to the downloaded file and click on the file icon to start the self installation routine.  The installation program will make this screen saver the new default screen saver for your computer.
